We, via Cornerstone Finance Group, are a broker not a lender. We may receive a commission payment for introducing you to a lender. Commission levels may vary between lenders and products that we source for you which may impact the total cost of credit.

What area’s of finance do you cover ?

Our partnership with Cornerstone Finance Group gives us access to all aspects of the Commercial Finance market to include;

Property Finance – Buy to let Finance, Bridging Loans, Term Commercial Finance and Property Development Loans (both residential and Commercial).

Working Capital Facilities – Overdafts, secured and unsecured working capital facilities through to Invoice Finance and Merchant Card and Stocking facilities.

Asset Finance – All aspects of asset finance from Soft Assets such as technology, renewables or Agricultural stocking finance through to conventional asset finance and refinance.

Government & British Business Bank supported schemes – Our expertise will help you navigate the latest government and BBB funding schemes.

What area’s will be discussed ?

 This will largely be down to you and your needs but typically will follow a comprehensive model we have developed to ensure all the important financial fundamentals are fully discussed and considered.

 This will help grow your own confidence of the arrangements you have in place or help shape a plan for action.

Will you provide advice ?

 The financial review is a broad based discussion with an experienced financial service professional (see bio’s) who will help explore all the important financial fundamentals and options available to you.

What does a review cost & how long will it take ?

 This will very much be down to you and your needs and requirements – this is a bespoke service and everyone’s situation is different.

 The initial review and discussion will typically last between 30 mins to an hour, is without cost to you and without obligation and will end with a clear plan either confirming the arrangements you already have in place or a roadmap to enhance your current arrangements.
